Skinorya – Shipping Policy

Welcome to Skinorya. We aim to deliver your skincare products safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our shipping details below before placing an order.


Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days.

Delivery Time:
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 0–4 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Cost:
We offer flat-rate shipping of PKR 200 across Pakistan.


International Shipping

Handling Time:
International orders are processed within 0–4 business days.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, international shipments are generally delivered within 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Cost:

  • Flat-rate international shipping: USD 80 per order

  • Minimum order value: USD 100 required for international shipping eligibility

Non-Eligible Destinations:
At this time, we do not ship to South Korea.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility

  • Skinorya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures


Return Shipping

If you need to return an item:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the order

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part
