Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

At Skinorya, customer satisfaction matters. That said, skincare is personal, logistics are real, and policies exist for a reason. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return or refund.


1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe:
    You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition:
    The product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the original packaging.
    For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase:
    A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products missing original packaging

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email skinorya@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Skinorya is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


4. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card statement

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, email skinorya@gmail.com


5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  • Email skinorya@gmail.com

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Include your order number

Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skinorya@gmail.com, including photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Shipped orders may still be returned following this policy.
